How To Send Video Email

13 Jul, 2008  |  under Email Marketing

Sending video email is easy and fast compared to sending text email. Which do you find easier to do? Talk about your favorite subject such as your product, service, ball team, golf, fishing, racing and hobby or write a few paragraphs? Better yet, which do you do more of, write or talk about your favorite subject? Like most of us it is easy to talk about whatever we have on our minds. With video the viewer has the added benefit of sight, sound, motion and most importantly e-motion.

Simple video email is not that simple with many of the service providers. Most of the services I have investigated were complicated and expensive. Several I checked out were very vague on exactly how to send a video email. There were varying degrees of difficulty and usually a multitude of steps required to upload the video which include attaching links and code. Who wants to do all that just to send a simple video mail? Forget about it!

You need a simple, easy to use and inexpensive video email service. You know where the email looks just like all the other providers. To:, Cc:, Bcc:, Subject line, the body where text, links and a signature are added. You get the picture. What about adding the video to an email? Glad you ask.

You are welcome to view a quick presentation on how to send a video email. In a nut shell, to send a video email you simply click on add video, then record, state your message and send. This is the only service provider I have found who has the products and service that fit all the qualifications a busy business owner and realtor like myself demands. I need marketing and communication tools that are easy to use, inexpensive and reliable. This one delivers on all those requirements. As an added bonus it is now not only easy to do but fun as well.
