3 Ways to Have a Profitable Mailing List

Are you making money with the email list that you have? It is amazing how many people have a list yet really do not make any money with it.

In this article let’s take a look at three ways you can have a profitable mailing list with just a little effort on your part.

1. Give first and take second. If you are on any mailing list, you probably have been offered free gifts, or useful information that you do not have to pay for. This is a technique that all successful Internet marketers use to build their credibility before asking you to buy something.

This makes sense because you need to become a trusted partner before he can expect people to open their wallets. The way to do that is to earn their trust first.

2. Offer products that people actually need. There is a good chance that they joined your list because you offered to help solve a problem that they have. Your ability to continually find quality products that solve problems will determine how much money you make with your mailing list in the future.

3. Do not let your list grows stale. It is important that you’re in constant contact with your list and that they know you will be offering items for sale.

If this causes people to unsubscribe that is the a price worth paying. Ultimately you will end up with a list of people who expect you to provide a balance between free useful information, and products that you sell.

If you do these three things on a consistent basis you will have a profitable mailing list for years to come.
